What a subscription is
A subscription is a structured operations, reporting and oversight service, not unlimited repairs. Materials, specialist work, major repairs, emergency attendance and tenant damage are quoted separately unless a package states otherwise.
Property Intelligence Review
We help landlords see beyond the obvious.
Structured internal and external reviews, visual records and roofline and gutter visibility where practical, with drone-assisted imagery where it is suitable. Seasonal risks, compliance observations and priority flags, written in plain language.
