Three packages, five size bands, one price per property per month. Every package includes portal access for you and a reporting route for your tenants; what changes is how often we look, how much is written down, and how much work is included.

What a subscription is

A subscription is a structured operations, reporting and oversight service, not unlimited repairs. Materials, specialist work, major repairs, emergency attendance and tenant damage are quoted separately unless a package states otherwise.

Fair usage of included minor visits

Included minor maintenance visits cover small tasks within the stated labour time at a scheduled appointment. Work beyond that time, materials, parts and specialist trades are quoted before they proceed.

Labour beyond an included visit is quoted at our published labour rates, with any package discount applied.
